AdaptRE is a product of ILB E-Solutions LLC F.Z., a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through adaptre.app and the AdaptRE product, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Data we collect on this website

When you request a demo, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email address, phone number, brokerage name, and the CRM your team uses. We also record the time of your request, your browser's user-agent string, and a salted cryptographic hash of your IP address, which we use solely to limit abusive submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo request and arrange the demo.
• To send you a confirmation email and, where you have asked for it, product updates. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To operate and protect the website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Data in the AdaptRE product

AdaptRE is a workspace for real estate brokerages. When a brokerage uses the product, we process lead and conversation data on that brokerage's behalf and under its instructions; the brokerage remains responsible for the data of its own clients. Where the product sends or receives messages over WhatsApp, this happens through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and message content is processed to provide the service to the brokerage. Automated messages are sent to brokers who use the product, not to their clients; a message to a client is only ever sent by the broker themselves. Recipients of automated broker messages can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Service providers

• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Neon — database hosting, in the EU (Frankfurt region).
• Resend — transactional and list email delivery.
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, where the product's messaging features are used.

Retention

We keep demo-request details for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a legitimate interest in following up, and delete them on request. Product data belonging to a brokerage is retained for the duration of that brokerage's use of AdaptRE and deleted or returned when the relationship ends.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@adaptre.app and we will act on the request promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the website.
